We are looking for a Full time HR Manager to lead key HR functions with a robust focus on Recruitment, PMS, Workforce Planning, Employee Relations, Training & Development, and HR Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment & hiring
Offer management & onboarding supervision
PMS & performance management
Workforce planning & attrition management
HR operations & statutory compliance oversight
Employee engagement & grievance handling
Training & employee development initiatives
HR MIS, dashboards & process improvement
Manage and guide the HR Executive
Oversee HR administration and daily operations

Requirements:
Strong oral, written, and spoken English communication
Hands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS
Good knowledge of HR processes and compliance
Robust coordination, people-management, and problem-solving skills

Location: Satpur, Nashik
Employment Type: Full time

Salary : 4 to 5 LPA

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
