Job Description – L3 Engineer

Job Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Position: L3 Engineer – IT Infrastructure / Hardware & Networking
Employment Type: Full time
Monthly CTC: ₹50,000
Expected In-Hand Salary: ₹45,000 per month

Job Responsibilities
Handle and resolve L3-level technical issues related to IT infrastructure, hardware, software, servers, and networking.
Troubleshoot complex LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, router, and switch-related issues.
Manage Windows and Linux systems, server configurations, and system performance.
Provide technical support for escalated incidents from L1 and L2 support teams.
Monitor network connectivity, system health, backups, antivirus, and security systems.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent solutions for recurring technical issues.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal IT teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Maintain incident reports, technical documentation, asset records, and service-level agreement (SLA) compliance.
Support system installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate or Diploma in IT, Computer Science,



Hardware & Networking, or a related field.
Relevant experience in L3 technical support and IT infrastructure management.
Robust knowledge of networking, servers, operating systems, and troubleshooting.
Experience with hardware maintenance, backups, antivirus, and network security.
Good communication, problem-solving, and client-handling skills.
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft, or Linux certifications are an advantage.

Salary & Advantages
Monthly CTC: ₹50,000
Monthly In-Hand Salary: Approximately ₹45,000, subject to the final salary structure and statutory deductions.
Provident Fund (PF): As applicable under company policy and statutory rules.

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
