Position: SPM Machine Assembly Technician
Experience: 1–5 Years

Job Responsibilities:
Assembly of Special Purpose Machines (SPM) as per mechanical drawings.
Machine structure, components, cylinders, guideways, motors and other mechanical parts assembly.
Read and understand 2D mechanical drawings.
Perform machine alignment, leveling and fitting.
Basic knowledge of pneumatic components and tubing.
Identify and rectify mechanical assembly issues.
Support machine installation, trial run and commissioning.
Coordinate with Design, Electrical and Production teams.
Maintain quality and complete assembly work within the given timeline.
Required Skills:
1–5 years of experience in SPM Machine Assembly / Automation Machine Assembly.
Valuable knowledge of mechanical tools and fitting.
Experience with Allen key, spanner, drilling, tapping, grinding etc.
Knowledge of bearings, shafts, couplings, linear guides and pneumatic components.
Ability to read mechanical drawings.
ITI / Diploma – Mechanical preferred.
Positive teamwork and problem-solving skills.
