Job Description – Mocktail Chef (Cafe)

Job Title: Mocktail Chef
Department: Food & Beverage

Responsibilities
Prepare mocktails, fresh juices, smoothies, shakes, and other non-alcoholic beverages.
Create recent mocktail recipes and attractive drink presentations.
Prepare beverages according to the cafe menu and customer orders.
Maintain the taste, quality, and consistency of all drinks.
Keep the beverage preparation area, utensils, and equipment clean.
Check fruit, syrup, juice, ice, and other ingredient stock.
Minimize wastage and maintain proper portion control.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and proper storage standards.
Coordinate with cafe staff to serve orders on time.

Requirements
Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or beverage counter preferred.
Knowledge of mocktail preparation, mixing techniques, and garnishing.
Creativity in developing recent drinks and presentations.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work during busy cafe hours.

Working Hours: As per cafe shift schedule.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
