Job Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various departments.
Post job vacancies on Naukri, WorkIndia, and other job portals.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Contact candidates and schedule interviews with the concerned departments.
Coordinate with HODs for manpower requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening and discuss salary expectations.
Follow up with selected candidates regarding offer letters and joining dates.
Collect and verify recent employee joining documents.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.
Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per manpower requirements.
Coordinate the onboarding process for recent employees.
Maintain proper recruitment records and documentation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
