Job Description – Telecalling Executive

100X Digital is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team in Gandhipuram, Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a customer-friendly approach, and the ability to handle calls and follow-ups effectively.

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and new leads.
Follow up with interested customers and explain our services.
Understand customer requirements and answer basic queries.
Maintain accurate call records and update lead status in the CRM.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
Achieve daily calling targets and support lead conversion.
Maintain professional communication with customers.

Requirements:
Previous experience in telecalling or telesales is preferred.
Good communication skills in Tamil and English.




Confidence in handling customer questions and objections.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
Positive attitude, patience, and a target-oriented mindset.
