Job Description – Jewellery Supervisor

Company: Swarnakanchi Textiles and Jewellery

Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily jewellery showroom operations.
Monitor sales performance and achieve sales targets.
Guide and motivate the jewellery sales team.
Ensure proper jewellery display, stock management, and inventory control.
Handle customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor billing, stock verification, and jewellery security procedures.
Maintain discipline and ensure smooth showroom operations.

Requirements:
Good leadership and communication skills.
Robust knowledge of jewellery sales and showroom operations.
Experience in jewellery retail and team management preferred.
Honest, responsible, and target-oriented.
Ability to handle customers and manage staff effectively.

Salary: As per experience and company policy.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
