Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive (CSE). The CSE will be the primary point of contact for the client's customers, responsible for providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a genuine passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule using MS Excel
Preparation of shop drawings using AutoCAD.
Meeting Engineers and Project Managers for BBS approval.
Regular site Visits to monitor cuts and bends.

Preparation of dispatch sequence of TMT bars for the site.

Skills:
Should be able to read structural drawings related to residential buildings and industrial projects.
Positive communication skills.

Education:

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech. in Civil

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
