Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Cafe Manager in daily store operations.
Supervise staff and ensure smooth shift operations.
Maintain food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and wastage.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational policies.
Support sales targets and maintain team discipline.
Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience in Domino’s, McDonald’s, Subway, or similar QSR brands will be preferred.
Required Skills: Team management, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
