Job Description:
Manage and drive sales across assigned retail stores and territories.
Achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
Handle retail operations, visual merchandising, and stock management.
Monitor store staff performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular store visits and prepare sales reports.
Develop strategies to increase revenue and expand retail business.

Requirements:
Relevant experience in garment, apparel, or fashion retail is mandatory.
Solid sales, team management, and communication skills.
Experience in handling multiple retail stores or territories is preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
