Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Merchant Marketing Executive to lead merchant acquisition, build strategic partnerships, manage the merchant marketing team, and drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute merchant acquisition and marketing strategies.
Identify recent business opportunities and build relationships with merchants.
Lead and manage the merchant marketing team and achieve acquisition targets.
Drive merchant onboarding, engagement, retention,



and promotional campaigns.
Identify revenue-generating opportunities through merchant partnerships.
Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and share regular reports with management.

Requirements
3–6 years of experience in merchant acquisition, sales, marketing, or business development.
Solid leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience in team management and target achievement.
Strong understanding of field marketing and business development.

Merchant acquisition and activation.
Revenue generation and partnership growth.
Team performance and target achievement.
Merchant retention and engagement.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
