Educational Qualification
Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily shop floor operations and achieve production targets.
Implement and maintain 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement practices.
Manage manpower allocation, machine utilisation and production workflow.
Monitor product quality, rejection, rework and process compliance.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, workplace safety and quality standards.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and Stores departments.
Maintain daily production reports, MIS and shop floor documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
3–4 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing/shop floor operations.
Practical knowledge of 5S implementation, Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen.
Experience in manpower handling, production planning and process improvement.
Knowledge of quality control, machine operations and industrial safety.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel and production reporting.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates from Transformer Components, Rubber Gaskets, Rubber Processing, Electrical Insulation Products or related manufacturing industries.
Experience in transformer manufacturing or allied electrical products will be preferred.
Solid shop floor supervision, problem-solving and team management skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
