Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end sales of commercial and residential (G+2) projects.
Generate quality leads through networking, referrals, and other sales channels.
Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure exceptional customer service.
Negotiate and successfully close sales while achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide performance insights to management.

What We're Looking For
Experience:



5–7 years in real estate sales (commercial & residential projects).
Education: Graduate or MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of the real estate market and customer relationship management.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of leading by example.
