Roles & Responsibilities :
Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and suggesting products.
Achieve daily/monthly sales targets and promote offers.
Maintain product displays and store cleanliness.
Monitor stock levels and inform for replenishment.
Handle billing, cash/card transactions, and receipts accurately.
Provide product information and updates to customers.
Support store operations and coordinate with the team.
FIFO Checking
Report sales performance and customer feedback to the store manager.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail sales (FMCG preferred).
Valuable communication and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of billing systems and stock management.
FMCG(preferably grocery and food departments).
