Key Responsibilities:
Acquire Demat and Trading Accounts through bank branches and direct customer engagement.
Generate and convert leads from branch referrals and field activities.
Build strong relationships with branch staff and customers.
Explain investment products and account advantages to prospective clients.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Ensure accurate completion of KYC and account opening documentation.
Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in Banking, Broking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Sales will be an added advantage.
Ability to work in a target-oriented setting.
