Qualifications
Any degree or diploma.
Preferably 1–3 years in sales, telesales, retail or customer service.
Explicit spoken Tamil and working English; additional languages are an advantage.
Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, spreadsheets and video calls.
Solid listening, follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Furniture, interiors or other high-value product sales experience preferred.
Responsibilities
Handle telephone, WhatsApp and website enquiries.
Explain bed specifications, prices and purchase terms.
Conduct video demonstrations and send quotations.
Follow up enquiries and convert them into orders.
Maintain customer records and coordinate after-sales support.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
