About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented QC Assistant to support quality control operations on our electronics manufacturing floor. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of electronic components and PCB inspection.

Key Responsibilities
Perform visual inspection of PCB assemblies (SMD & Through-hole)
Identify soldering defects and reflow process issues
Check component value, polarity, orientation, and soldering quality
Verify loaded components against BOM (Bill of Materials)
Maintain inspection records using MS Excel / ERP System
Use QC tools like Multimeter and LCR Meter for testing

Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering
Basic knowledge of electronic components
Familiarity with QC instruments — Multimeter, LCR Meter
Basic proficiency in MS Excel or ERP systems
Positive attention to detail and quality-focused mindset

Experience: Freshers or up to 1–2 years in electronics/QC role.

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
