About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused BDS graduates to join our Home Scan Team at MakeO (toothsi).

The Associate Dentist role is non-clinical and field-based, involving pre-booked home visits, smile consultations, 3D oral scans, explaining transparent aligner treatment plans, and converting consultations into sales. This role does not involve clinical treatment or dental procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Visit customers’ homes for pre-booked smile consultations and perform 3D oral scans using scanning devices.
Explain explicit aligner treatment plans, benefits, and pricing options to customers.
Address customer queries, conduct follow-ups, and support sales conversions.
Achieve assigned monthly consultation, sales, and conversion targets.
Complete approximately 6–7 customer appointments per day.
Travel approximately 70–80 km daily to attend customer appointments.




Coordinate with central operations and sales teams for appointment scheduling and follow-ups.
Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive customer experience.
Use CRM applications, mobile tools, and scanning devices to manage daily activities.

Candidate Requirements:
BDS degree is mandatory.
1–3 years of experience in dentistry, healthcare, B2C sales, field sales, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Comfortable with extensive field travel and daily customer visits.
Basic proficiency in CRM applications and digital tools.
Personal bike and valid driving licence are mandatory.

Work Schedule:
Appointment Window: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Appointments may be scheduled at any time within this window based on customer bookings.
Daily Workload: Approximately 6–7 appointments, covering 70–80 km.

Compensation:

Salary plus performance-based incentives, as per company policy.
