· Provide daily care and support to patients.
· Assist patients with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
· Monitor vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
· Help patients with eating, drinking, and maintaining proper nutrition.
· Administer prescribed medications as directed by qualified medical staff.
· Assist patients with walking, moving, and changing positions.
· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the patient's surroundings.
· Observe changes in the patient's health and report them to the nurse or doctor.
· Provide emotional support, comfort,



and reassurance to patients.
· Maintain patient safety, dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.
