We are looking for a proactive Sales Manager in Surat who can lead, support, and motivate the sales team while actively working in the field to close NC (New Customer) deals
Key Responsibilities:Requirements:
Solid sales and team management skills, field sales experience, excellent communication, and a target-oriented mindset.
Guide, train, and support the sales team to achieve targets.
Conduct field visits and personally close recent customer (NC) deals.
Monitor team performance, sales pipelines, and daily activities.
Build strong customer relationships and identify recent business opportunities.
Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
