Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and analytical Product Analyst Intern to join our Product and Data team. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, data engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to analyze user behavior, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and turn data into actionable product improvements. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Metrics: Pull, clean, and analyze product usage data to track key performance indicators, user retention, and funnel conversion rates. Experimentation & Testing: Assist in setting up, monitoring, and analyzing A/B tests or feature experiments to evaluate impact on user behavior. User Insights & Feedback: Gather, categorize, and synthesize user feedback, customer support tickets,



and survey data to identify pain points and feature requests. Market & Competitor Research: Conduct competitor benchmarking and industry research to spot product prospects and market trends. Documentation & PRDs: Help draft Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature trackers. Dashboards & Reporting: Build and maintain transparent visual dashboards, tracking sheets, and periodic reports for cross-functional stakeholders.
