Job Description
You will be the first point of contact for our prospective buyers. Your role is to call leads, explain our projects, and convert enquiries into site visits and bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads from ads, enquiries, and databases
Handle inbound enquiries about villas, plots, and ongoing projects
Explain project details, pricing, and amenities clearly
Follow up regularly with interested customers
Schedule and confirm site visits with the sales team
Maintain daily call records and lead status in the CRM or Excel
Achieve monthly calling and site-visit targets
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a telecaller,
preferably in real estate
Positive communication skills in Tamil and English (Hindi is a plus)
Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking style
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Ability to handle rejections and work towards targets
Any graduate or Plus Two qualification
