Guest greeting, welcoming & assistance
Job Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival at the hotel lobby.
Provide a pleasant and personalized first impression to all guests.
Assist guests with basic queries, directions, hotel facilities, and services.
Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, F&B; and other departments to ensure smooth guest assistance.
Manage guest requests and ensure timely communication with the concerned department.
Assist with guest arrivals, departures, and special requests when required.
Maintain a qualified, well-groomed and welcoming appearance at all times.
Observe guest needs and proactively offer assistance wherever required.




Handle guest interactions professionally while maintaining the service standards of a luxury hotel.
Ensure the lobby area remains welcoming and guest-friendly.
Escalate guest concerns or special requirements to the appropriate department/supervisor
