Key Responsibilities:
Household Management: a. Oversee daily household operations across two floors. b. Supervise and coordinate the work to ensure high standards of cleanliness and service. c. Develop and implement household routines and schedules.
Personal Assistance: a. Provide personalized services to the client and his mother, ensuring all their needs are met. b. Assist with wardrobe management and coordination of designer clothing. c. Handle shopping, errands, and special requests.
Hospitality & Guest Management: a. Welcome and attend to guests with a high level of professionalism and discretion. b. Manage event planning, catering, and dining arrangements.
Property Maintenance: a. Ensure proper upkeep of the residence, including coordination with vendors and service providers. b. Conduct regular inspections and oversee any maintenance work.
Security & Confidentiality: a. Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality. b.



Ensure security protocols are followed within the premises.
Budgeting & Inventory Management: a. Monitor household expenses and manage budgets effectively. b. Maintain household inventories and ensure timely replenishment of supplies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Butler or House Manager in a luxury household. • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. • Solid leadership abilities to supervise household staff. • Discretion, integrity, and a high level of professionalism. • Ability to work adaptable schedule, including weekends when required. • Familiarity with luxury lifestyle and fashion, particularly designer clothing handling. • Proficiency in English and Hindi. • Basic tech-savviness for managing smart home devices and scheduling apps.
