Job Title: Full time House Manager (Private Residence)

We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and well-organised House Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day functioning of a private family residence in Pune.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, trustworthy, and capable of independently managing household staff, daily requirements, and overall home maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
Household Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate cooks, housekeeping staff, drivers, and other domestic help.
Daily Household Operations: Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, organisation, and smooth functioning of the home.
Groceries & Inventory: Manage grocery purchases, household supplies, stock levels, and replenishment.
Maintenance & Repairs: Coordinate with electricians, plumbers, technicians, and other service providers.
Vendor Management: Handle deliveries, service appointments, vendor coordination, and bill payments.
Household Budgeting: Maintain basic records of household expenses, purchases, and payments.




Family Support: Assist with guests, household arrangements, errands, and other day-to-day family requirements.

Requirements
Minimum1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably managing private residences or premium households.
Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently manage domestic staff and vendors.
Basic knowledge of household maintenance, hygiene, and inventory management.
Comfortable using WhatsApp, smartphones, and basic expense-tracking applications.
Valuable communication skills in Hindi; Marathi and basic English preferred.
Honest, punctual, discreet, and dependable.
References from previous employers preferred.

Working Hours: Full-day duty (timings to be discussed)
Off: As mutually agreed
Joining: Immediate or as agreed

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
