Coordinate tasks, deadlines, and deliverables between clients and the internal team.
Manage social media postings, scheduling, and account activity.
Handle client communication, messages, and timely follow-ups.
Ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of tasks.
Monitor responses and maintain skilled communication across brand and personal profiles.
Requirements:
Solid communication and coordination skills.
Valuable organisational skills and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of social media platforms.
Knowledge of AI tools is a bonus, not a requirement.
