Location: Gurugram, Haryana Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹55,000/month Experience: 4–5 Years Department: B2B Sales & Business Development Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of 5 B2B Sales Executives. - Develop B2B sales strategies and achieve revenue targets. - Build corporate and institutional partnerships. - Generate current business leads and close deals. - Manage key accounts and maintain client relationships. - Monitor team performance, sales pipelines, and reporting. Requirements: - Graduate; MBA preferred. - 4–5 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development. - Proven team-handling experience. - Strong corporate sales, client acquisition, and negotiation skills. - Excellent communication and leadership abilities. - Knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools. Target-driven skilled with strong B2B sales and team management experience.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
