Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally Prime
Handle Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment and Journal entries
Manage GST, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation and related compliance
Prepare and verify invoices, debit notes and credit notes
Handle bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation
Maintain accounts payable and receivable
Monitor customer outstanding and vendor payments
Assist with e-way bills and e-invoicing
Maintain proper documentation for imports, customs and GST-related transactions
Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks and government departments when required
Prepare basic financial reports and statements




Ensure accuracy of books of accounts and supporting documents

Requirements:
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent
Experience: 2–5 years in accounting
Solid knowledge of Tally Prime and GST
Good understanding of accounting principles
Knowledge of MS Excel
Experience with import/export accounting will be an advantage
Valuable communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
