Job Summary

We are looking for a target-driven Team Lead – Ausbildung to manage and motivate our in-house sales and counseling team, drive student admissions for Germany Ausbildung programs, and achieve monthly enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Admission Counselors.
Monitor daily calls, lead follow-ups, conversions, and team performance.
Train team members to improve counseling and sales effectiveness.
Drive monthly admission targets and improve conversion rates.
Prepare performance reports and coordinate with the Sales Head.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Lead.
In-house/inside sales experience is mandatory.
Experience in overseas education or Germany Ausbildung programs is preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
