Responsibilities
Visit customers as per the allocated portfolio to facilitate timely collection of overdue payments.
Monitor assigned delinquent accounts and follow up on outstanding dues through field visits

and customer interactions.
Negotiate repayment plans and encourage customers to make timely payments.
Resolve customer queries related to overdue accounts and coordinate with internal teams for

issue resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer visits, collection status, and payment commitments

through designated systems.
Ensure timely resolution of accounts across assigned delinquency buckets in line with business

targets.
Adhere to RBI guidelines, the Fair Practices Code, and the Bank's collection policies while

interacting with customers.




Escalate complex or disputed cases to the appropriate internal stakeholders.
Achieve monthly productivity, recovery, and quality targets while maintaining customer

satisfaction and compliance standards.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information and uphold the organization's ethical

standards during all collection activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
