Role summary
You'll build a steady pipeline of qualified leads for our sales team and support our online presence through social media and website updates.

Key responsibilities
Identify and research target accounts (SMB and mid-market) across industries
Run outbound outreach through cold calls, email sequences and LinkedIn
Qualify leads using BANT or similar criteria, then hand them off to sales
Book discovery meetings and demos for the sales team
Maintain accurate lead and activity data in Zoho CRM
Support email campaigns, webinars and events with follow-ups
Manage social media engagement on LinkedIn and other platforms: post content, respond to comments and messages, and grow followers
Coordinate periodic website updates such as new product pages, case studies, offers and contact forms, working with the web team or vendor
Keep the website and social profiles in sync with current Microsoft and AV/VC offerings
Track and report weekly metrics (calls, connects, meetings, SQLs, social engagement)
Work with marketing to refine messaging and ideal customer profiles

Requirements




1–2 years of experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales or SDR roles (solid freshers with relevant internships may also apply)
Exposure to IT products and services (Microsoft, cloud, cybersecurity, AV/VC) is a strong plus
Hands-on with CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Basic familiarity with social media tools and website content management (WordPress or similar) is a plus
Solid spoken and written English; Kannada or Hindi is a plus
Comfortable with daily outreach targets and rejection
Organized, self-driven and data-minded

What we offer

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
