Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls from US customers.
Resolve queries and provide product information.
Identify customer needs and promote relevant products/services.
Maintain accurate customer records.





Requirements:
Valuable English communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Freshers can apply; experience is a plus.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred with all sem dmc
