Overall management of hospital canteen operations
Staff recruitment, deployment & supervision
Menu planning and food production coordination
Patient, staff & visitor meal services
Food quality, hygiene & safety standards
Inventory, procurement & stock management
Cost control and wastage reduction
Coordination with hospital administration and dietetics team
Maintaining smooth day-to-day kitchen & service operations

Candidate Profile
Experience in hospital / institutional / corporate catering preferred
Solid team-management and operational skills
Positive understanding of food hygiene and safety
Ability to manage kitchen manpower and vendors
Responsible, organized and service-oriented
