Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries and vehicle service complaints.
Prepare job cards, service estimates, and documentation.
Coordinate with technicians and monitor service progress.
Explain repairs, maintenance, and spare parts requirements.
Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Promote periodic maintenance and value-added services.
Qualifications & Skills:
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic automotive knowledge and computer skills.
Experience: 1–3 years in an automobile service centre preferred. Freshers may also apply.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
