Prepare thermal spray-coated samples for testing and analysis.
Operate lab machines such as:
Moulding Machine for sample preparation.
Cutting Machine for sectioning coated parts.
Sample Polishing Machine for surface preparation.
Conduct microstructure analysis, hardness testing, porosity measurement, and bend tests on coated samples.
Maintain accurate records and documentation as per ISO standards.
Follow proper lab safety protocols and quality procedures.
Assist in maintaining lab equipment and tools in proper working condition.
Work closely with the Quality Control and Production teams to ensure sample testing meets specifications.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
