Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact professionally with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-ups.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements
12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.




Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Positive verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Comfortable making outbound calls.
