We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to manage the hotel’s complete store and inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily receiving, storing and issuing of materials
Maintain accurate stock and inventory records
Monitor food, beverage, housekeeping and general supplies
Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices for perishable items
Conduct regular physical stock verification
Monitor minimum & maximum stock levels and prepare purchase requirements
Verify quantity, quality and condition of received materials
Coordinate with Purchase, Kitchen, F&B;, Housekeeping and Accounts teams
Ensure proper documentation for GRN, stock issues, returns and transfers
Control wastage, shortages and inventory discrepancies
Maintain proper storage, cleanliness and hygiene standards




Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports for management

Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in hotel stores/inventory management
Hotel industry experience preferred
Knowledge of inventory control and stock management
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and inventory software
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage a team and coordinate with multiple departments
