Key Responsibilities
Attend to showroom walk-in customers and generate recent sales enquiries.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, offers, and finance options.
Arrange and conduct vehicle test drives.
Follow up on enquiries, leads, and prospective customers regularly.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, accessories, and delivery teams.
Maintain accurate enquiry records and update the CRM system.
Ensure timely booking, documentation, and vehicle delivery.
Maintain customer satisfaction and support referral and repeat sales.

Qualifications & Skills




Graduate or Diploma in any discipline; automobile or sales experience is preferred.
Positive communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented attitude with a passion for automobiles.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Ability to achieve targets and work effectively in a team.
Valid driving licence preferred.

Experience

Freshers with positive communication skills may apply. Experience in automobile sales or customer service will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
