Job Requirements
Lead the end-to-end Current Product Development (NPD) Sourcing function for the West Region, covering vendor development, design brief execution, prototype development, selection, product coding and launch readiness. Drive vendor capability, NPD timelines, commercial outcomes and cross-functional collaboration with Merchandising, Design, Quality and other stakeholders.
Work Experience
8–12 years of experience in jewellery sourcing, NPD, product development, merchandising or jewellery manufacturing, with experience in managing vendors and cross-functional projects. Robust understanding of jewellery product development, costing, gold/diamond weights and commercial parameters.
