Job Description:

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor for the Tender Department with experience in construction contracting, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs from drawings.
Prepare cost estimates and rate analysis.
Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for quotations.
Prepare tender submissions and quotation comparison statements.
Coordinate with project, planning, and procurement teams.

Required Skills:
Experience in quantity surveying, estimation, and tendering.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
Solid analytical and coordination skills.
Contractor company experience preferred.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
