Job Summary

Rohan Corporation is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to lead the real estate sales team, drive property sales, develop current business opportunities, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage the real estate sales team.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Generate, manage, and convert leads into property bookings.
Handle customer enquiries and understand their property requirements.
Coordinate and conduct property/site visits.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.
Negotiate with customers and successfully close property deals.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and channel partners.
Monitor team performance, sales pipeline, and conversion ratios.
Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, Finance, and other departments.




Monitor competitor activities and real estate market trends.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Ensure proper CRM updates and documentation.
Support payment and collection follow-ups when required.

Qualification & Experience
Qualification: Any Graduate; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing is an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
Experience in residential projects, apartments, villas, plotted developments, or land sales is preferred.
