Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell health and life insurance policies* to individuals and businesses.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through leads, networking, and cold calling.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance plans accordingly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term engagement.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Keep up-to-date with insurance products, industry regulations, and market trends.
Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and policy details.

Requirements:





Minimum 2 years of experience in Health or Life Insurance sales*.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven sales performance and target achievement record.
Knowledge of insurance products and industry compliance standards.
Bachelor's degree preferred (not mandatory).
