Responsibilities and Duties-

· Updates on assigned activities, pending issues, and action plans.

· Conduct regular visits to suppliers, wherever required, to follow up on dispatches and ensure timely supply of raw materials and Bought-Out Parts (BOP).

· Coordinate with collegues to monitor and follow up on raw material and BOP supplies for all Units.

· Follow up with suppliers and the concerned internal departments for timely resolution of pending debit notes and credit notes related to raw materials and BOP items.

· Follow up with suppliers for closure of pending CAPA for Units and maintain an updated status of open actions.

· Coordinate with the concerned raw material suppliers and job workers to ensure timely ERP entry and processing of invoices for materials dispatched directly to parties for job work.

· Ensure timely and accurate entry of purchase schedules for Units into the ERP system.





· Follow up with suppliers of Units for timely filing of pending GST returns and coordinate with the concerned teams to resolve related issues.

· Send weekly schedule-versus-supply status and vendor-rating details to all BOP suppliers, highlighting shortages, delays, and required corrective actions.

· Collect and ensure proper identification of a sample from each raw material lot supplied to job workers for drawing operations, and coordinate mechanical and chemical testing as required.

· Ensure timely communication of purchase schedules, debit notes, credit notes, and CAPA requirements to suppliers of Units and maintain relevant records.

· Coordinate and participate in half-yearly physical stock verification at internal locations and supplier premises, reconcile discrepancies, and report findings to the concerned authority.

Excellent in MS office(Word, Excel Power-point), ERP
