Job Title: Business Development Executive – Fintech

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra
Salary Range: ₹3 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience in fintech or digital lending, preferably in small-loan products offered through mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities
Promote loan products and generate customer leads.
Drive customer acquisition and loan disbursements.
Develop business prospects and channel partnerships.
Manage loan marketing and sales activities.
Achieve monthly business targets.

Required Skills
2–3 years of experience in fintech, NBFC, or digital lending.
Experience in loan marketing and customer acquisition.
Understanding of digital loan applications and disbursement processes.
Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.

Preferred: Experience with small-ticket loan apps and channel partners.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
