Restaurant Manager – Gee Gee Restaurant

Location: Gee Gee Restaurant Thatchoor
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable)

We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, maintain food quality and service standards, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene, and cleanliness.
Manage staff schedules, attendance, and duty allocations.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and food wastage.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
Monitor sales, daily cash handling, billing, and restaurant expenses.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.




Implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and overall restaurant performance.
Maintain discipline and ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and service teams.

Requirements
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar supervisory role.
Valuable communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, billing, inventory, and customer service.
Ability to handle pressure and solve operational issues.
Strong focus on cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction.
