HIRING: REAL ESTATE TELECALLER (OUTBOUND CALLING)

Company:Rank1 Realtors, a real estate brokerage in Delhi NCR dealing in premium properties

Location: Supernova Astralis, Noida (work from office)

Salary: Rs:15,000 - Rs:20,000 per month + incentives

About the role:

We are lokking for a confident, energetic telecaller to make outbound calls to prospective buyers and investors, introduce our properties, generate quality leads and fix site visits for our sales team.

Resposibilities:

>Make 80-100 outbound calls daily to leads and data provided

>Pitch residential and commercial properties clearly and professionally.

>Understand the client's budget, location preference and requirement.

>Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.

>Follow up regularly with interested leads





>Maintain accurate call records and lead status in the CRM or sheet.

Requirements:

>Positive communication skills in Hindi and English.

>Confident with target-based work.

>Ability to join immediately or on short notice
