JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced PLC Programmer with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Special Purpose Machines (SPM) and Industrial Automation.

The candidate will be responsible for PLC programming, machine automation, troubleshooting, commissioning, and control system development for SPM machines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and modify PLC programs for SPM and automation machines.
Program and troubleshoot PLC-based control systems.
Develop HMI screens and machine operating sequences.
Handle sensors, pneumatic systems, motors, VFDs, servo drives, and control panels.
Perform machine commissioning and troubleshooting at site.
Understand electrical control circuits and automation systems.
Integrate PLC, HMI, sensors, drives, and other automation components.
Identify and resolve machine sequence and automation-related issues.
Coordinate with the Design, Electrical, Panel Wiring,



and Assembly teams.
Support machine testing and final commissioning.

REQUIRED SKILLS
Robust experience in PLC Programming for SPM / Automation Machines.
Positive knowledge of PLC, HMI, VFD, Servo, Sensors, and Pneumatics.
Ability to read and understand electrical control drawings.
Experience in machine sequence development and troubleshooting.
Valuable problem-solving and analytical skills.
Willingness to work at customer sites for commissioning when required.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

Diploma / B.E / B.Tech – EEE / ECE / E&I; / Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics or relevant field.

EXPERIENCE

2–5 Years of relevant experience in PLC Programming / SPM / Industrial Automation.

Only experienced candidates will be considered. Freshers are NOT eligible.
