Position: Customer Care Manager
Department: CRM / Customer Relations
Location: Wayanad

Job Responsibilities
Manage customer enquiries, feedback, complaints, and grievances professionally.
Ensure timely follow-up and proper closure of customer complaints.
Handle customer relationship activities and maintain strong customer engagement.
Monitor and follow up on sales leads until conversion.
Coordinate with Sales Consultants regarding customer follow-ups and pending leads.
Ensure regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
Monitor customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Handle customer complaints and concerns related to the sales process and coordinate for resolution.
Maintain and update customer information and follow-up details in the CRM/DMS system.
Monitor daily CRM activities, lead status, pending follow-ups, and conversions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports for management.
Track lost, pending, hot, and follow-up leads and ensure appropriate action.
Conduct post-delivery customer follow-ups and maintain customer relationships.




Generate customer referrals and support repeat sales opportunities.
Coordinate with the Sales Manager and Sales Team to improve lead conversion and customer experience.
Monitor CRM performance and ensure proper utilization of the CRM/DMS system.

Qualification
Degree / Postgraduate qualification.
Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel.
Knowledge of CRM software is required.

Strong coordination and problem-solving ability.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
