Receive materials, tools, and consumables as per purchase order/delivery challan.
Verify quality and quantity against supplier invoices and report discrepancies.
Ensure proper documentation of inward materials.
Storage & Preservation
Arrange and store materials systematically with labeling for easy identification.
Ensure protected handling and storage to avoid damage, deterioration, or wastage.
Material Issue & Record Keeping
Maintain stock register with entries for all receipts and issues.
Track consumption of materials and reconcile daily/weekly.
