Hiring: Business Development Intern - Orgix Media

Location: Rohini, Delhi (Work from Office)
Type: Full-time internship, 6 months

Timings: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Stipend: ₹6,000 - 8,000 per month

Certificate: Internship completion certificate provided

Orgix Media is hiring a sharp, business-minded intern who can find the right clients, understand what they need, and turn conversations into qualified opportunities. We are not looking for someone who only copies contact details into a sheet. We need someone who researches, thinks, pitches, and follows through.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Research and identify potential clients on LinkedIn, email, and social media
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads
Study each prospect's business, audience, and pain points
Write personalized outreach that gets replies, not generic templates
Create pitch decks and proposals based on client needs
Qualify leads and pass responsible prospects to the sales and marketing team
Track results and suggest ways to improve

EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND




Completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field
Practical exposure to lead generation, sales, or digital marketing through a course, project, or internship (preferred)

SKILLS YOU MUST HAVE
Understanding of lead generation and digital marketing
LinkedIn prospecting and professional email outreach
Strong research and analytical thinking
Fluent English and Hindi, spoken and written
Ability to create or understand pitch decks and proposals
Working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace

WHAT YOU WILL GET

Hands-on experience in lead generation, LinkedIn prospecting, cold email outreach, lead qualification, pitch decks and proposals, sales communication, and pipeline management
Real client-facing exposure in a rapid-moving agency workplace

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
